HACCP

Since 2002, our company has a certification for safety management systems of foodstuffs HACCP, PASA. This certificate attests that we respect the requirements regarding food harmlessness.
                      
Our certificate is recognized by the « ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du Québec » (MAPAQ). As for the governmental recognition, an agreement occurred between the Office of standardization of Québec (BNQ), which is the certification organization, and the MAPAQ, the governmental recognition system HACCP.
